2. Change of Mind Returns

Please note that return shipping costs for change of mind returns will be at your expense.

Please note that the returns policy does not cover the following circumstances:
- Books that have been marked, highlighted, or written in, making them ineligible for return unless they are faulty.
- E-books or digital downloads, as they are not eligible for return due to their nature.
