  • Domestic Shipping (Australia): Estimated delivery within 3-5 business days.

  • International Shipping: Estimated delivery within 6-15 business days, depending on the destination.

Please note that the provided shipping times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs processing and carrier delays.

We cannot be held responsible for delays or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information. For international orders, please be aware that your package may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees levied by the destination country. Return & Exchange Policy

Returns are available for any damaged or defective mathematical tools or books. Please contact us within seven days from the date of purchase if your goods are damaged. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on your preference, and provide instructions for returning the damaged item, if necessary.

Return process

To initiate the return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer support team at info@linearabacus.com to request a return authorisation.

  • Provide your order number and a brief reason for the return or exchange. 

  • Once your request is approved, carefully package the item to prevent any damage during the return shipping.

  • Ship the item to the address provided by our customer support team. 

  • Please provide a tracking number for the return shipment to ensure a smooth process.

Refunds

Upon receiving the returned item and verifying its condition, we will process your refund using the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow a reasonable processing time for the refund to be completed and for the funds to appear in your account.

Change of Mind

We understand that sometimes you may change your mind about your purchase. Refunds are not provided for change of mind orders. However, you can request an exchange or store credit, provided that:

  • you return the item within 7 days from the date of purchase,

  • the item is in its original condition, unmarked, and free from any signs of use.

You will have to cover the cost of return postage.

 

Exclusions

The return policy does not cover the following circumstances:

  • Item returned beyond the 30-day period from the date of purchase.

  • Mathematical books with markings, highlights, or annotations that make them ineligible for return or exchange, except those with proven manufacturing defects.
